My stay at this hotel was luxurious as I enjoyed exclusive amenities such as the private facilities in my room and the sun terrace overlooking the beautiful garden area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and they even offered me special diet menus upon request.

The only minor issue I had during my stay was the poor wifi signal in my room. However, this was easily overlooked due to the other great features and advantages this hotel had to offer, such as its prime location just a short walk from the beach access and leisure/TV room where I could relax and unwind.

During my city break, I enjoyed the multiple amenities offered by the hotel, such as the 2 swimming pools and the basketball and tennis courts. the staff were attentive to cleanliness, providing sanitizers and enforcing mask rules. The location was also convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

During our stay at Hi Santa Cruz - Pousada De Juventude, we were impressed with the two swimming pools available. One was larger and deeper, perfect for a refreshing swim, while the other was smaller and shallower, great for relaxation. Additionally, having a kitchen in our room made it convenient for preparing meals. And the breakfast provided was varied and delicious. We also enjoyed the amenities of a basketball court and tennis court, adding fun and activity to our stay.

There was some noise during the night, which may have disturbed our sleep. However, this did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had.

We enjoyed the beautiful sun terrace and garden area which offered stunning views of the surrounding area. Furthermore, we appreciated the special diet menus that were made available upon request.
